Payments are handled by Paddle

All purchases of Orphinder are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

This means Paddle's Refund Policy applies to your purchase, and refunds are administered by Paddle rather than by us.

Summary

Under Paddle's Refund Policy:

  • Transactions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  • Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion if you submit a request within 14 days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within that period does not guarantee a refund.

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw. This does not apply where you have started using the digital content and expressly consented to waive that right.

  • If you are a consumer in Brazil, you have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery.

  • Other countries have their own statutory periods. Paddle applies the highest standard of protection available to you.

  • Where a product has a material defect or persistent technical fault, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

  • If a refund is issued, access to the product ends.

Your mandatory consumer rights always apply and are never limited by this policy.

How to request a refund

Requests are handled by Paddle. Use any of these:

  • The "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email

  • The support link in your receipt

  • paddle.net and select "Request refund"

If eligible, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Technical problems

If Orphinder is not working as described — a scan fails, results do not load, or you cannot access what you paid for — contact us first at help@orphinder.com. Most issues are fixable quickly, and we would rather solve the problem than process a refund.

If we cannot resolve it, contact Paddle with the details.

Cancelling a Pro subscription

You can cancel at any time through the "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email, or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future payments.
